2.1 — Who Can Use the Platform?

• Users must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each person must register with their own genuine personal details.
• Only one account per person is allowed; holding two or more accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, contact number, and payment details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Registering an account using another person's personal details is not permitted and the account will be closed.

2.2 — Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) private and never share them with anyone. All bets placed and actions taken on your account are your responsibility. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without your permission, contact the ak99 customer service team immediately.

3.1 — Minimum Amounts

• Deposit — minimum 3,000 Ks for all methods
• Withdrawal — minimum 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — normally within one hour (Myanmar Standard Time)
• Withdrawals must be made through your registered payment method
• Promotion wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing

3.2 — Transaction Restrictions

• All transactions must be carried out by the account holder; third-party deposits are not allowed
• Chargebacks will be treated as fraud
• ak99 will carry out appropriate checks to protect against money laundering and financial fraud
• Single withdrawal limits and verification procedures are set at ak99's discretion

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

ak99's welcome bonus is up to 200% on your first deposit — maximum 300,000 Ks.

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15 — you must wager the bonus 15 times before you can withdraw
• Example: deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 40,000 Ks bonus, balance is 60,000 Ks; wagering = 40,000 × 15 = 600,000 Ks
• Example: deposit 320,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), balance is 620,000 Ks; wagering = 300,000 × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks
• The bonus can be used on football, Crash games, and Sic Bo
• The bonus has an expiry period — please check when you log in

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim a bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly; withdrawal is only available after wagering requirements are met
• If a bonus is found to have been claimed using a duplicate account, the bonus and all related funds will be forfeited
• ak99 may change bonus terms without prior notice

4.3 — VIP Program and Cashback

ak99 rewards players through 5 VIP tiers. From Bronze up to Diamond, you will receive the following weekly cashback:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback periods, payment dates, and verification processes are determined solely by the ak99 team.

5.1 — Strictly Prohibited Actions

• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or glitches
• Using bots or computer scripts to play
• Deliberately manipulating play patterns to abuse bonuses
• Playing with the intent to launder money or engage in other unlawful activity
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from a restricted region
• Insulting or verbally abusing staff or other players
• Accessing another player's account without their permission

6.1 — Actions Players Must Not Take

• Do not copy, distribute, or modify any content on the site without prior written permission from ak99
• Do not use ak99's trademark anywhere without a direct connection to the ak99 website
• Do not scrape site data using automated tools

7.1 — Service Warranty

While ak99 makes every effort to provide the website at a high standard, liability is limited for the following situations:

• Technical inaccessibility (including scheduled maintenance periods)
• Game losses resulting from the player's own internet connection issues
• Delays caused by third-party services (payment gateways)
• Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions
